We were contracted to install a anti-slip polyurethane cement floor in the brand new North Lakes sports club. First we poured a concrete topping slab with falls to drains (so the water will run to the drains).

Then we hand formed epoxy coves around the perimeter. Once the coves had cured we then trowelled out the PU cement coating at 5mm thick and broadcast with full anti-slip to achieve an R12 slip rating.

Epoxy floors are fast becoming the only acceptable flooring for large commercial builds like this one.
