Tip Top Extension Springwood

Good on you mum, tip top’s the one! They have been around for over 50 years in the bread industry. This project was a new extension to their slacks creek facility, over 1000m2 of new Polyurethane cement and epoxy coving.

Epoxy coving was installed to 10mm aluminium trim over new white rock wall finish and sealed with 100% solids epoxy resin sealer in gloss white.

Flooring was installed using Flowcrete Australia’s flowfresh polyurethane cement system with a matte top coating and R10 non-slip profile.

The colour chosen was a bright blue and looked fantastic against the gloss white coving. The slight non-slip was chosen due to the area not being a wet area and thus allowing it easy to clean, but still safe to walk on.

Multiple samples were made for the client in the lead up to the projects commencement to ensure the right system was chosen to suit their needs.
